Returns + Exchanges
If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We accept returns on full price merchandise that is returned returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dust-bags) with tags still attached. The return request must be made within 10 days of purchase and shipped within 14-days of the original purchase date. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, used or not in their original packaging. Please note, items purchased at a 30% or more discount are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange.
Hektor + Helena reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order or shipping information so please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing.

EXCHANGES
For exchanges, please contact our Customer Service team by emailing: info@hektorhelena.com - you will need to include in your email the following details:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for Exchange
We will review your request and once approved, you will receive a follow-up email with the return address & shipping instructions. Provided Hektor + Helena receives the returned item as per our return and exchange policy requirements, you will receive a special code for your in-store credit of the original price of the returned item.

We will review your request and once approved, you will receive a follow-up email with the return address & shipping instructions. Provided Hektor + Helena receives the returned item as per our return and exchange policy requirements, we will issue the refund to the original method of payment.
Original shipping costs are non–refundable. Please do not ship your return back without a return confirmation email. It will not be processed.
