Hektor + Helena's main office is located in Victoria, BC, Canada and we have warehouses in Vancouver, BC as well  Los Angeles, California. Please read our shipping guidelines below:

  • We collaborate with artists around the world that are in tune with our beliefs. We work with them to ship directly to our customers. This has allowed us to use fewer materials and reduce our overall carbon-footprint. The slight drawback of this is that our average delivery times are 2-4 weeks because many of our items are made to order. 
  • Once your order is placed, we process the payment within 12 hours and your order is fulfilled within 5 days. 
  • All orders receive a confirmation email once the order has been placed and another follow-up email to notify the customer that they order has been fulfilled. Please check your junk mail if you do not see it. 
  • Please note, when ordering a variety of products in one order that each item will arrive separately due to our multiple warehouses and artist suppliers all over the world for different products. 
  • Cancellations can be within 12 hours of your order. Once we have fulfilled and shipped your order, you cannot cancel your order. 
  • If you have entered your address incorrectly, please email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the change in address if the order is already fulfilled and processed to ship. We are not responsible for address changes after 12 hours. 
  • Please note that we are not held responsible for any import duties or taxes. Some of our products come from our overseas warehouses and artists and you may need to pay import duties or taxes, especially living outside of the United States.
