✨Quick story... at the ripe old age of 16, when I was accepted to The Hudson's Bay High School Council, my dad took me to find my first suit as there was a particular dress code we had to adhere to. Luckily, my dad had an eye for women’s business fashion. During his tenure with Canadian Airlines (which merged with Air Canada) he had a say in the refreshed (and smart looking) uniforms for the flight crew, so he helped steer me in the right direction.
✨From that day forward, I learnt to appreciate the power behind your wardrobe, and how it can have a powerful effect on your mindset and self esteem.
✨Your clothes and presentation can speak volumes about you as a person. And the big thing to remember is you don’t have to be a fashion connoisseur to know how to communicate with intentionality through your fashion choices.
✨Dressing smart and putting in the extra effort with your outfits is important for your self-confidence and sense of empowerment. That’s where learning to invest in quality and classic pieces over quantity can and should become a major priority in your buying decisions.
